How to create an Amazon Pay account?

On your Seller, Central account under Offer hosted payment pages, click Add a new hosted page. Give the name of your mobile app, website, or desktop site, and click Next. Now enter the requested details in the designated fields, including the Amazon Pay Account option in the next column.

Create an Amazon Payments account (Amazon.com > Your Account > Payment Settings).

Click Sign up now, and then enter your email address and password. Finally, click Continue to complete the registration process.
